杆状病毒杀虫剂的遗传修饰和田间释放研究进展
摘要
Baculoviruses are invertebrate-specific pathogens which have been used as alternatives to chemical agents for the control of some insect pests. They have a large, double-stranded, circular DNA genome (ca. 80–200 kilobase pairs). This is packaged within a rod-shaped nucleocapsid structure, further enclosed within a lipoprotein envelope and ultimately occluded by a crystalline matrix largely comprising a single protein, polyhedrin (28 Kdal), which serves to protect the virus in the environment (Figure 1). In general, baculoviruses infect the larval stage in insect development and cause significant mortality and morbidity.
