ChREBP (carbohydrate-responsive element-binding protein) plays a crucial role as a central regulator of lipid synthesis and glycolysis in animal liver. In this study, the relative quantitative real-time PCR analysis indicated that the duck ChREBP mRNA is widely expressed in all examined tissues.
