Abstract not available for EP1189593 Abstract of corresponding document: WO0100166 According to the present invention there is provided a cosmetic composition comprising : (a) at least one quaternary ammonium agent; and (b) greater that 0.5 % of pantothenic acid or pantothenic acid derivative and mixtures thereof. The compositions of the present invention give the benefits associated with pantothenic acide or pantothenic acid derivatives such as wound healing and skin-protection while reducing the associated negatives such as irritation, tackiness and/or stickiness.
